By submitting a design into Chancellorofdesign.com's Design Competition, you understand that the members of Chancellorofdesign.com will evaluate your design (heretofore the “Submission”). Should Chancellorofdesign.com choose to use your Submission for potential use on promotional items and the Chancellorofdesign.com's website (“Products”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

If Chancellorofdesign.com chooses to use your Submission with your consent, you confirm that the entire right, title, and interest in and copyright to your Submission, as well as right to sue for past infringement and the right to sublicense the Submission, is given to Chancellorofdesign.com for exclusive use on and with Products. You also release all "moral" rights that you may have in and to your Design. You give permission for your Submission to be used in any manner on or with our Products and/or promotional material. You also give permission for Chancellorofdesign.com to change and/or re-work any artwork in your Submission.

You agree to give Chancellorofdesign.com information that may be required to register the copyright of the Submission with the USPTO, as Chancellor of Design LLC the Claimant and you as the Author, at no cost.

Once you have uploaded your Submission to Chancellorofdesign.com's Design Competition, you agree not to use your Submission, and/or variations of your Submission for commercial purposes for 90 days after date of submission. After 90 days have passed, you may use your Submission for any purpose you choose, however you must notify Chancellorofdesign.com by email  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and explain where the Submission is being used so it can be removed from Chancellorofdesign.com. You, and/or the company who accepted your Submission, may not use Chancellorofdesign.com blogs (including pages on facebook, myspace, twitter, and linked-in) to promote your submission, or to promote the company who accepted your design.

When a Submission to Chancellorofdesign.com is not chosen, after 90 days you give Chancellorofdesign.com permission to use and/or alter your Submission, as well as use variations of your Submission for future Products, provided that your submission has not been used commercially on other Products.

You confirm that the Submission you are uploading to Chancellorofdesign.com is original work created by you the author, has never been published, and does not contain any logos, trademarks, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which Chancellorofdesign.com in its sole discretion, finds to be profane or offensive.

You understand that Chancellorofdesign.com reserves the right to reject a Submission for any reason.

If your design is chosen by Chancellorofdesign.com, Chancellorofdesign.com may print your Submission on promotional Products and sell in the Online Store. 

Payment will be made to the author of the winning Submission as follows: The Author will receive $300, which will be paid once Chancellorofdesign.com has received a hi-res image deemed suitable for print only by Chancellorofdesign.com. A submission must have a minimum of 20 votes to be eligible to receive payment.

Those, who in the eyes of Chancellorofdesign.com, do not follow the terms highlighted in this Terms and Conditions Legal Agreement, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Chancellorofdesign.com’s, can be declined submission and/or rejected from competition without notice.

All decisions made by Chancellorofdesign.com are final and binding, and Chancellorofdesign.com reserves the right to cancel the Design Competition at any time without notice.

Terms and Conditions Legal Agreement can be changed and/or modified at any time without notice.
